Avni Gas Service provides repair, installation, maintenance, and cleaning for Gas Stoves, Gas Hobs, Gas Cooktops, and Gas Cooking Ranges of all brands and models.
We are an independent service provider and not affiliated with or authorized by any specific brand or manufacturer.
All brand names and logos used are for identification and reference purposes only.

2. Service Booking and Payment

Customers can book services through our website, phone, or in-person appointments.
A service visit fee may apply, which will be communicated before scheduling.
Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, and bank transfer.
In case of additional repairs or part replacements, technicians will provide an estimate for customer approval before proceeding.

3. Service Warranty

Any warranty offered applies only to the specific service or part replaced and for the duration mentioned in the invoice.
Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear and tear.
In case of warranty claims, customers must provide the original service invoice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by informing us at least 12 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a service visit charge to cover technician travel costs.

5. Safety and Responsibility

Customers must ensure a safe and accessible workspace for our technicians.
While every precaution is taken, Avni Gas Service is not responsible for:
Pre-existing appliance faults or damages.
Incidental damages during handling caused by poor appliance condition.
Issues arising after service due to improper usage or third-party interference.

6. Limitation of Liability

Avni Gas Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, profit, or data resulting from the use of our services.
Customers are advised to operate their gas appliances as per manufacturer safety guidelines after service completion.

8. Brand Disclaimer
